Visiting this website
Render hosts the website and processes technical information such as your IP address and requests to deliver and protect the service. We use a keyed hash of your IP address for short-lived AI usage limits. Per-visitor counters expire after ten minutes; daily counters expire within two days. These counters contain no conversation text. Our website does not run advertising or analytics trackers.
Talking to Milly
Milly is an AI colleague, not a person. Typed messages and conversation context pass through our n8n relay to Anthropic to generate a reply. Our n8n workflow does not save successful or failed chat executions. Anthropic processes messages under its commercial API terms; its retention policy describes the standard retention period and exceptions.
Voice starts only when you choose to speak and allow microphone access. ElevenLabs processes your audio and the resulting transcript to run the conversation. Voice recording is disabled for our agent. Transcripts are configured for deletion after 30 days. You can mute or end the conversation at any time.
If you ask Milly to prepare a brief, conversation text is sent through the same n8n/Anthropic connection to create it. You can review and edit the brief before using it. A conversation does not automatically send an email or book a meeting. Please do not share passwords, confidential business information or sensitive personal information.
Booking and email
When you choose to book, Calendly processes the details you enter and the selected time. Its privacy notice also applies. Calendar and email services process booking confirmations and messages. When you email us, we use the information you provide to answer your request and manage any resulting business relationship.
Why we use this information
We use enquiry and booking information to respond to your request and take steps towards working together. We process essential technical data for our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and available. AI chat and voice are optional; you can contact us directly by email or book a meeting instead.
Storage and service providers
We keep enquiries and booking correspondence for as long as needed to handle the enquiry or our business relationship, and longer where legal obligations require it. Hosting and service providers may keep operational or security records under their own retention rules. Some providers process information outside the Netherlands or European Economic Area. Their applicable contractual and transfer safeguards govern that processing; contact us for more information.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or request restriction, portability or object to processing where those rights apply. Send your request to sezayi@perpetuum.agency. We may need information to locate the relevant conversation and verify your identity. You can also raise a concern with the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
