Visiting this website
Render hosts the website and processes technical information such as your IP address and requests to deliver and protect the service. We use a keyed hash of your IP address for short-lived AI usage limits. Per-visitor counters expire after ten minutes; daily counters expire within two days. These counters contain no conversation text. Optional company recognition is explained below.
Optional website analytics
If you enable “Website analytics” in Privacy preferences or select “Accept all”, Google Analytics 4 measures visits, pageviews and engagement. PostHog (EU) counts specific actions, such as viewing a proposition, opening Milly and opening the booking calendar. We use this to improve the website. We do not send conversation text, briefs, audio, names, email addresses or form answers to these analytics services. PostHog receives only a random browser identifier, event name, page path and selected fixed labels. We do not enable PostHog session replay, automatic click capture or person profiles.
GA4 uses _ga cookies and PostHog uses our perpetuum-analytics-id local-storage identifier, configured for up to 180 days. Analytics requests also expose technical connection information to the receiving provider. Google advertising features are disabled. We remove URL query strings from the page addresses we pass to analytics. Your separate analytics and company-recognition choices are remembered for up to 180 days. You can withdraw either choice through “Privacy preferences”; withdrawal clears the relevant browser identifiers and reloads the page. It does not undo earlier processing. Optional company recognition
Only after you enable “Company recognition” in our privacy preferences or select “Accept all”, we load Snitcher to understand which organisations visit our website. Snitcher processes your IP address, technical browser information, page URLs, referral information and visit activity to try to identify an organisation. Recognition is not always possible and does not tell us which individual is visiting.
After your consent, Snitcher uses snitcher_device_id (cookie and local storage, up to one year) to recognise returning browsers, and snitcher_session to group pageviews into a visit (30 minutes after the last activity). It also uses temporary browser fingerprint metadata in session storage under radar_sn_; these values are cleared when the tab closes. We remember your allow/refuse choice for up to 180 days under perpetuum-privacy-v2. This preference storage is used only to honour your choice. We do not enable automatic form tracking, click tracking or session recording, and we do not send Milly messages, briefs or audio to Snitcher. You can refuse recognition and still use the website, Milly and booking. Open “Privacy preferences” in the footer to change your choice at any time. Refusing after accepting clears Snitcher’s browser storage and reloads the page to stop the tracker. Withdrawal does not undo processing that happened before you withdrew consent. Contact us for questions or deletion requests.
Talking to Milly
Milly is an AI colleague, not a person. Typed messages and conversation context pass through our website server directly to Anthropic to generate a reply. Our website server does not store the content of these conversations. Anthropic processes messages under its commercial API terms; its retention policy describes the standard retention period and exceptions.
Voice starts only when you choose to speak and allow microphone access. ElevenLabs processes your audio and the resulting transcript to run the conversation. Voice recording is disabled for our agent. Transcripts are configured for deletion after 30 days. You can mute or end the conversation at any time.
If you ask Milly to prepare a brief, conversation text is sent through the same direct Anthropic connection to create it. You can review and edit the brief before using it. A conversation does not automatically send an email or book a meeting. Please do not share passwords, confidential business information or sensitive personal information.
Booking and email
When you choose to book, Calendly processes the details you enter and the selected time. Its privacy notice also applies. Calendar and email services process booking confirmations and messages. When you email us, we use the information you provide to answer your request and manage any resulting business relationship.
Why we use this information
We use enquiry and booking information to respond to your request and take steps towards working together. We process essential technical data for our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and available. AI chat and voice are optional; you can contact us directly by email or book a meeting instead.
Storage and service providers
We keep enquiries and booking correspondence for as long as needed to handle the enquiry or our business relationship, and longer where legal obligations require it. Hosting and service providers may keep operational or security records under their own retention rules. Some providers process information outside the Netherlands or European Economic Area. Their applicable contractual and transfer safeguards govern that processing; contact us for more information.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or request restriction, portability or object to processing where those rights apply. Send your request to sezayi@perpetuum.agency. We may need information to locate the relevant conversation and verify your identity. You can also raise a concern with the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
