Approach
Hands-on building with Claude Code
01 / The brief

How could a new player challenge the banking sector?

Teams explored a potential competitor from the perspective of disruptive innovation. The workshop format used Clayton Christensen’s framework.

An imaginary challenger was the starting point. It made ideas concrete.

02 / Hands-on

Building with Claude Code.

Teams worked with Claude Code and a toolkit adapted for banking and financial applications. Participants worked on their own fictional challenger.

The sessions combined Dutch and English.

03 / What was made

From idea to concrete concept.

The teams built fictional disruptor concepts: concrete versions of a possible new player in the banking sector.

AI was the tool for working out an idea.

What we believe

AI is a tool for working out an idea.
