Before you start.
What is the difference between a workshop and an AI Lab?
Workshops help teams explore possibilities and practise skills. AI Labs put more emphasis on building and testing workflows or agents together. We discuss the right format around your team’s starting point and goals.
Can we use examples from our own work?
Yes, practical work is central to the approach. We agree appropriate examples in advance and avoid putting sensitive material into tools that are not approved for it.
Do people need technical experience?
The starting point should fit the participants. An introductory workshop and a lab for people building workflows need different preparation. Tell us who will take part and what they want to learn.
What happens after the workshop?
Adoption training and practice help people use what they learned in daily work. Discuss the follow-up alongside the session itself, including ownership and how the team will share useful examples.
